“Since taking Procera AVH many things have changed for me. My dreams are more positive and more creative than they were before. I think it’s because I feel a lot sharper, am much more alert and have more energy in the evening than I use to. My friends have also noticed the very positive changes in me. I have also taken up the guitar, started sketching and painting lessons and signed up for a creative writing workshop.
