Q: What is Procera AVH®?

A: Procera AVH® is a non-prescription nutritional supplement that has been clinically tested and shown to improve memory, mood and other cognitive (brain) functions.*

Q: How does Procera AVH® work?

A: Procera AVH® has multiple “mechanisms of action”. First, it increases the circulation of blood to and throughout the brain, thus delivering more oxygen and vital nutrients needed for nutritional support. It increases the brain’s “energy” metabolism, that typically results in improved alertness and focus, memory and other cognitive functions. Procera AVH® also improves key neurotransmitters, such as acetylcholine, which are depleted by stress, sleep loss, poor diet and aging.*

Q: Is Procera AVH® clinically tested?

A: Yes. Procera AVH® was subjected to a rigorous, randomized, double blind, placebo controlled clinical trial at a leading neuro-cognitive research university, the Brain Sciences Institute, in Australia. Q: Why do I need brain supplements if I eat properly?

A: Reducing harmful foods in your diet and increasing your intake of brain healthy foods, as detailed in both the 20/20 Brain Power book and the Recipes with Your Mind in Mind book, is very helpful. However, Procera AVH® contains certain key brain essential nutrients that are difficult to get in adequate amounts from food alone.*

Q: How is Procera AVH® different than other brain supplements on the market?

A: Procera AVH® is the only clinically tested nutritional supplement, – using a FDA-type randomized, double blind, placebo controlled trial at a major neuro-cognitive research university, and published in a peer-reviewed medical journal, (-JANA), and shown to improve:

  1. Memory (two types, short term & long term), including speed of memory recall
  2. Concentration (aka “attention”)
  3. Mental Clarity (“reduced mental confusion)
  4. Mental Energy (“increased mental vigor”)
  5. Mood (users reported feeling less anger and experiencing more “up” and less “down” or “blue” feelings)

Most dramatically, users’ memory score improved on average 10-15 years over 30 days (that is, Procera AVH® user group, with an average age of 50, produced memory scores indicative of a group 35-40 years of age)

Q: Will using Procera AVH® interact with vitamins I currently take?

Q: Can I take Procera AVH® everyday or should I take a break?

A: Although the mental clarity effects of Procera AVH® are noticeable in the short term, the anti-oxidant, neuro-protective and mood effects are cumulative and require a longer time period to reach optimal effects. Therefore, it’s suggested you take Procera AVH® daily, as directed.*

Q: Will Procera AVH® keep me up at night?

A: No. Most find that they actually experience a more restful sleep when taking Procera AVH® during the day. However, we do recommend that you do not take it within 6 hours of going to bed, unless you need to study or be mentally active and sharp late into the evening.*
